We provide house sitting services for those
with no pets to give your home more security while you are out of town. If

here. Overnight House Sitting includes:
- Bringing in the mail.
- Water plants in your home.
- Immediate notification of any security issues or problems in the home.
- Check for water leaks.
- Giving your home a lived-in look while you are gone.
- Check-In at 10:00 pm, check-out at 7:00 pm.
- An insured, bonded and professional house sitter.

Home Watch Service
includes:
For those that don't have pets and don't need overnight house sitting, our Home Watch Service includes the same services as above but instead provides one, two or three daily visits to your home instead of an overnight stay. You'll receive daily text message and email updates and pictures of your home if you'd like.
$12 per visit

These services are very popular and are extremely limited in
terms of availability.
Sleeping arrangements for overnight stays -
Our sitters will use an air mattress to sleep in your home, so you don't
have to worry about a stranger sleeping in one of your beds.
TV/Internet/Phone - Our overnight sitters may wish to utilize
these items in your home. If you have any restrictions against their use,
please let us know. Of course, our house sitters will not use any services
that will charge you extra, such as long distance or pay-per-view.
Food - Our sitters will bring their own food.

locations are subject to a per visit travel surcharge based on the
number of minutes from our office. We use mapquest.com
to
verify the number of minutes from Zip Code 29205 to your
