House Sitting
We provide house sitting services for those with no pets to give your home more security while you are out-of-town. Your home will have a lived-in look, and you can rest easy knowing your home is in good hands. Our 14-point inspection is standard with each service, which checks for the following: secured doors and windows, temperature control, water leaks throughout the home, and more.
We offer two types of house sitting services: overnight house sitting and home watch.
Overnight House Sitting
Our overnight house sitting service includes the following:
- A sitter lives in your home.
- 14-point home inspection.
- Bringing in the mail.
- Water plants in your home.
- Immediate notification of any security issues or problems in the home.
- Check for water leaks.
- Giving your home a lived-in look while you are gone.
- Check-In at 10:00 pm, check-out at 7:00 pm.
- An insured, bonded and professional house sitter.
Sleeping arrangements for overnight stays: our sitters will use an air mattress to sleep in your home, so you don’t have to worry about a stranger sleeping in one of your beds.
TV/Internet/Phone: our overnight sitters may wish to utilize these items in your home. If you have any restrictions against their use, please let us know. Of course, our house sitters will not use any services that will charge you extra, such as long distance or pay-per-view.
Food: our sitters will bring their own food.
Overnight house sitting is very popular and availability is limited. Be sure to make your reservations as early as possible.
$60 per night
Home Watch
For those that don’t have pets and don’t need overnight house sitting, our Home Watch Service includes the same services as above but instead provides one, two or three daily visits to your home instead of an overnight stay. You’ll receive daily text message and email updates and pictures of your home if you’d like.
